Hotel Accommodations

We have made lodging arrangements for conference attendees at the Courtyard Marriott Hotel, located at 275 Tremont Street.  The hotel is a short taxi ride or subway trip from Boston’s Logan International Airport and only two blocks from where the conference will be held.  Please make your reservations no later than Friday, May 7th, to receive the discounted conference rate.  Most of the reserved rooms have two double beds, so sharing a room with another postdoc or colleague is an option for attendees.

You can book your hotel room(s) at the discounted rate of $139 per night online through the IRACDA Conference Reservation or by calling 1-800-321-2211 or 1-617-426-1400.  Mention the Tufts IRACDA Conference when you book the rooms.  Individuals are responsible for paying for their rooms, tax, and incidental charges.  Conference room rates will be honored only until the block of rooms reserved for the conference is full.  Book early!  Double occupancy rooms are limited.

Poster Sessions

We will be holding a judged poster session on the morning of the first day.  Fellows and programs should prepare a poster no larger than 4’ x 4’ for exhibit at the conference.  We hope to have broad participation!  Please see the Call for Posters link for instructions on how to prepare your abstracts and posters.  The deadline for abstract submission is Monday, April 12th.
